The role involves advising clients on corporate transactions, serving as outside general counsel, and leading deal teams while mentoring junior attorneys and contributing to practice development.

Responsibilities
Advise clients on corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and governance matters
Serve as outside general counsel to emerging and middle-market businesses
Lead deal teams and manage client relationships
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm leadership and practice development
Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice areas
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of corporate transactional experience
Expertise in M&A, private equity, entity formation, or outside general counsel matters
A portable book of business in the low to mid six-figure range or higher
Admission to the Ohio Bar or eligibility for admission
Demonstrated client service, leadership, and business development skills
