Responsibilities

Design, implement, and manage complex IT systems, including servers, storage, and network infrastructure

Manage and support OT related systems for maximum up time and reliability

Maintain and update documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures

Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability

Assist in the development and deployment of new technologies and solutions

Ensure security and compliance standards are met across all systems

Collaborate with Systems Administrators to troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members

Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution

Perform regular system audits and generate reports on system health and performance

Interface with vendors and stakeholders to ensure optimal system functionality

Required

Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required

Preferred

Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104))
