Responsibilities
Support strategic projects and help define and implement KPI-based metrics to determine project efficiency and effectiveness
Assist in developing clear and logical arguments for or against specific business opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management to define business processes and solutions for program and resource management
Build solid financial models to support business decisions by collaborating with various stakeholders
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Qualification
Required
Education – Graduating with Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field from an accredited degree program
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex matters quickly
Strong focus on execution and delivering end products
Strong presentation and soft skills
Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve ambiguous problems
Preferred
Prior related internship or co-op experience
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc
Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
Internship experience in professional environments such as consulting firms, investment banks, or corporate finance functions
Basic financial modeling skills
Self-driven personality with a structured work style
