Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to align priorities
Contribute to business case development through data collection and analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field
3–5 years of experience in project management or PMO support roles
Familiarity with tools like Workday, Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
Certifications (PMP, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma) are preferred but not required
