Responsibilities

Lead School-Based Behavioral Consultation: Deliver expert consultation to public and private schools implementing PBIS and multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS), with a focus on improving equity, access, and behavioral outcomes
Guide Functional Behavior Assessment & Intervention: Conduct advanced functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and design individualized behavior support plans that align with ethical standards and best practices in the field
Coach Educators and Leadership Teams: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and technical assistance to school staff and administrators, ensuring fidelity of implementation and staff capacity-building
Drive Systems-Level Change: Collaborate with district leaders to assess, develop, and refine school-wide systems, practices, and data tools that support sustainable behavioral and academic success
Lead Data-Driven Decision Making: Support teams in collecting, analyzing, and using data to inform instruction, monitor interventions, and evaluate overall system performance

Required

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years post-certification, with demonstrated experience in school-based settings, systems-level consultation, and capacity-building
Strong working knowledge of PBIS, MTSS, and function-based behavior support strategies in K–12 environments
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex organizational dynamics
Commitment to equity-centered practices, cultural responsiveness, and inclusion for all students
