Responsibilities
Track insurance carrier invoices for timeliness and accuracy
Coordinate and deposits and report financial results on a regular basis
Monitor office expenses and tally and enter cash receipts
Pay vendor invoices and track bank account balances
Accounts Receivable collections including tracking of Notices of Cancellation
Report payroll to payroll service, ensure accuracy, arrange for appropriate bank transfers and enter data in accounting software
Monitor billing for accuracy
Issue agency statements
Qualification
Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and especially Excel
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Preferred
Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
Proficient in the use of agency management software a plus
