Responsibilities
Represent Investment Property Group in a positive and professional manner at all times
Assist with the inspection of the property and all common areas each morning and address areas that require attention
Vacuum, sweep, clean toilets, take out the track, scrub floors, disinfect hallways, remove litter around the property, clean entryways, breezeways, stairwells, community rooms, and leasing office
Perform trash-out duties in vacant apartments, including removing abandoned furniture, trash and boxes, and transferring the items to dumpsters or storage areas
Other tasks assigned by Maintenance Supervisor, Community Manager or Regional Manager
Follow a preventative maintenance schedule
Serve as a resource for management and assistance in the development and communication of more efficient methods of maintaining the apartment community
Qualification
Required
Dedication to maintaining the property to the highest standards
Ability to represent Investment Property Group in a positive and professional manner at all times
Experience in performing cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, cleaning toilets, scrubbing floors, disinfecting hallways, and removing litter
Ability to perform trash-out duties in vacant apartments, including removing abandoned furniture, trash, and boxes
Willingness to follow a preventative maintenance schedule
Ability to assist with the inspection of the property and all common areas each morning
Capability to take on other tasks assigned by Maintenance Supervisor, Community Manager, or Regional Manager
Strong communication skills to serve as a resource for management
