EducoHire is a startup Ed-tech company seeking a highly motivated and passionate Field Sales Executive to expand its business in Mumbai and Pune. The role involves business development, engaging with educational institutions, and driving the sales cycle to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and engage with educational institutions (schools, K-12)
Pitch EdTech solutions (AI programs, certifications, labs, digital platforms, CoEs, etc.) to academic leadership (Directors, Deans, HODs, Management)
Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and MoUs for institutional clients
Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation โ product demo โ negotiation โ closure
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Relationship & Account Management
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Product Demonstration & Presentations
Documentation & Compliance
Number of new institutional partnerships signed
Revenue generated per quarter
Conversion rate from leads to closures
Renewal rate & satisfaction scores from partner institutions
Execution success of programs (timeliness & quality)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
2โ7 years of experience in B2B or Institutional Sales
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large accounts
Preferred
MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred
EdTech or School Education preferred
