Responsibilities

Create resonant social media content (e.g., Reels, posts, TikToks) tailored to students seeking jobs/internships, highlighting Skillflo.ai's AI coaching features
Build partnerships with student organizations, clubs, and influencers to host demos, events, or co-branded campaigns
Drive awareness and signups via outreach, promo codes, referral programs, and community engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, and campus forums
Track performance metrics (e.g., signups, engagement) in shared tools and iterate on strategies for maximum impact
Collaborate with the team on content ideas and growth experiments

Required

Current enrollment in a top MBA (1st year) program, with a focus on business, marketing, or related fields

Strong sales/marketing savvy, with experience in outreach, partnerships, or organising campus activities
Energetic, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills and a passion for networking
Active involvement in social/professional clubs or communities
Ability to commit 20 hours/week with a flexible schedule

Preferred

Experience with MBB-style case interviews, tech product management or IBD recruitment
