Responsibilities
Help build AI agents/systems/workflows that generate user interfaces
Connect real data from a wide array of sources to dynamic user-defined applications
Develop UI components and frameworks that AI agents can assemble
Use or build tools and pipelines to dynamically compile AI-powered apps
Work closely with a small team of ambitious, creative developers
Partner with design and research teams to define new paradigms for AI-human interaction
Qualification
Required
4+ years experience developing complex web and/or native applications
Experience building AI agents and/or agentic workflows, including prompts, tools, accessing and shaping data, and ideally inter-agent communication
Speak our coding languages: Primarily TypeScript, bonus points for C#/.Net and/or Python
Deep expertise with modern component-based UI development
Proven ability to work with rich data sources and architect data flow through an application
Passion for experimenting with new technologies and ability to iterate quickly in an exploratory R&D setting
Interest in shaping new interaction models between humans and AI
Preferred
Prior work on generative UI systems, AI-assisted design tools, or adaptive dashboards
Familiarity with data-heavy domains such as enterprises, healthcare, scientific, government
