Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the cleaning and restoration industry
Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and provide tailored solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners
Prepare and present detailed proposals and estimates to clients
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery
Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Qualification
Required
Proven sales experience, preferably in the commercial cleaning and/or restoration industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
High school diploma required
Preferred
bachelor's degree in business or related field
