Indy Sign Factory is a leading Indianapolis-based full-service sign and visual communications company. They are seeking a self-motivated Business Development focused Account Manager to grow their client base and manage project delivery from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Canvass & Generate Leads – Find and connect with business owners via in-person visits, phone calls, and email
Educate & Build Trust – Show customers how design and rebranding services from Indy Sign Factory can increase visibility and brand recognition
Book Appointments, Qualify Leads and Close Sales – Turn interest into sales-ready prospects
Collaborate on Design – Work with the design team to refine visual concepts that exceed the client’s goals
Create and deliver proposals – for signs and visual communications projects
Manage the Client Experience – Coordinate the full lifecycle of signage projects—from deposit to planning, execution, installation, and final payment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales or business development experience (signage or visual communications experience is a plus)
Strong verbal, written and online communication skills
Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
Self-motivated, disciplined, and career oriented
Naturally outgoing individual who thrives in human interaction
Goal oriented and money motivated
Reliable transportation & a smartphone to manage leads and appointments
Preferred
BA/BS in Marketing or a related field
