Responsibilities

Use development skills to elevate our websites, applications and digital presence
Add innovative features that improve user experience and brand impact
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
Ensure websites are responsive and function properly across devices and browsers
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Collaborate on digital marketing initiatives, including SEO and page optimization
Enhance user experience with a focus on lead generation and engagement
Follow web security best practices and data privacy guidelines
Integrate with third-party APIs and internal systems
Contribute creative ideas and execute them to drive measurable results
Stay current on web development trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend improvements

Required

Degree in Web Development, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
A creative mindset and a desire to make a meaningful impact
Proven web development experience with a strong portfolio
Expertise in CSS (Tailwind, SCSS) and responsive design
Working knowledge of Vue.js, Inertia.js, jQuery, and related JS libraries
Strong experience with Laravel/PHP and Blade templating (or another backend framework)
Proficiency in MySQL and database management
Familiarity with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and source control principles
Experience with server management (Laravel Forge, AWS, etc.)
Understanding of UI/UX best practices and user-focused design
Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to error-free work
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Proficiency with Mac OS and Microsoft Office for Mac

Preferred

4 plus years preferred
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus
