Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership and management to the outpatient clinic, including setting goals, developing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the clinic's services, improve patient outcomes, and achieve financial targets
Manage the clinic's budget, monitor financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation
Recruit, train, and supervise clinic staff, including physicians, nurses, administrative personnel and support staff
Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of safe and effective patient care
Ensure that patients receive high-quality care and have a positive experience at the clinic
Represent the clinic in the community and build relationships with key stakeholders
Participate in community outreach programs and promote the clinic's services
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration or a related field
At least 3 years experience in clinical management or other supervisory experience required
Preferred
broad knowledge of RHC regulations
