Director of Crisis Program
PATH (People Acting to Help), Inc. is dedicated to helping individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life. The Director of Crisis Program will manage a team providing quality crisis intervention services through the Adult Community Mobile Crisis Response Team in Northeast Philadelphia.

Responsibilities
With the assistance of the Assistant Program Director, is responsible for the daily oversight of the operation of the CMCRT program
Assure staff receive ongoing training to increase clinical skills to provide crisis intervention services and that evidence-based practices are utilized, including Resolution Focused Crisis Intervention
Provide weekly direct clinical supervision of Supervisors and assigned team members. Supervision to include joining staff when responding to crisis calls to observe skills in the field
Assure collaboration among all CMCRT staff and facilitate regularly scheduled program meetings and check-in’s and document per PATH’s policies and procedures
Assure teams arrive at the crisis site (e.g. home, community) within 30 minutes of being dispatched by the delegate
Assure staff receive ongoing training to increase clinical skills to provide crisis services and that evidence-based practices are utilized
Develop and monitor staff schedules to assure CMCRT program coverage at all times
Develop and monitor on call schedule to assure supervisory coverage at all times, including being part of the on-call coverage schedule
Provide crisis services during times of surges in referrals and also provide in-person supervision
Provide outreach to the community to promote the service and availability of resources
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Behavioral Health Discipline
At least three years of experience in the provision of behavioral health support, treatment and/or rehabilitation services
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
Experience using an Electronic Health Record
Skilled with Microsoft Office software including Excel
Good communication and writing skills
