Responsibilities
Provides customer service to our end-user community
Gathers pertinent information to aid in troubleshooting reported issues
Triages same within scope of expected skill set and knowledge
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
Associate's degree in Computer Science or a related field, including at least one (1) semester of an Roswell Park-approved internship in Information Technology
Associate's degree and the equivalent of two (2) years of full-time customer service experience
High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time customer service experience
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices
