Responsibilities
Serve as a core member of the project management team, driving the transition and activation planning for the new pediatric campus
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify, define, and validate departmental operational and facility requirements
Develop detailed departmental project schedules, ensuring proper sequencing and integration with broader project timelines
Identify and communicate cross-departmental dependencies and coordinate with other project managers to ensure alignment
Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues before they impact timelines or budget
Leverage prior experience with large-scale healthcare construction projects to anticipate challenges and surface proven solutions
Escalate issues and roadblocks to project management leadership in a timely manner
Support and implement change management strategies to facilitate staff readiness and organizational adoption
Qualification
Required
At least 7 years job related experience
Experience as a Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or Project Coordinator
Four-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
Graduate or professional work or advanced degree; or equivalent experience
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
