Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with discovery processes, including interrogatories, requests for admissions, and document production

Prepare deposition and hearing binders

Draft and proofread pleadings, motions, and other legal documents

Coordinate with court reporters, mediators, and process servers

Maintain case files and track critical deadlines

Qualification

Commercial litigation experienceParalegal certificateMicrosoft Word proficiencyMicrosoft Excel proficiencyMulti-tasking abilityAttention to detail

Required

3+ years of experience in commercial litigation

Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and litigation support tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
