Responsibilities
Prepare monthly investor reports for prospects and current investors, highlighting performance, positioning, and firm developments
Maintain and regularly update the firm’s marketing deck, monthly performance summaries, and capital call tearsheets
Coordinate with third-party platforms, databases and consultant websites to ensure accurate and timely updates
Support the preparation and submission of RFIs, DDQs, and other due diligence materials for prospective investors
Assist in the preparation of monthly investor call materials and talking points for senior management
Research and identify prospective investors (LPs) through event lists, databases, and other sources; conduct targeted outreach to schedule meetings
Maintain and update investor records, ensuring complete and organized data for marketing segmentation and tracking
Track and manage investor requests, ensuring timely responses and accurate documentation of interactions
Develop a deep understanding of LuminArx’s data and reporting systems, identifying key data sources for both recurring and ad hoc investor reporting
Prepare custom and standardized performance reports for investors and internal stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Collaborate with the operations and finance teams to reconcile reported data with fund accounting and performance systems
Support the ongoing refinement of data automation and visualization tools used for investor reporting
Partner with data, operations, and investment teams to streamline reporting workflows and improve automation
Contribute to the development of new templates and dashboards for performance analysis and investor reporting
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
