Responsibilities

Conduct advanced electrical testing and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment in compliance with NETA standards
Perform commissioning activities for new installations, ensuring systems meet design specifications and operational requirements
Execute cable testing and assessments to identify any defects or performance issues in electrical cabling systems
Inspect and test switchgears and other electrical distribution systems to ensure safe and reliable operation
Document all testing results, maintenance procedures, and compliance reports accurately and in a timely manner
Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to timelines
Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and staff as needed

Required

Must possess NETA certification and have a solid understanding of NETA II and NETA III standards
Proven experience in electrical testing and maintenance within data centers or similar environments
Familiarity with commissioning processes and procedures for electrical systems
Strong knowledge of cable testing and the operation of switchgears
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in executing testing and maintenance activities
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report findings clearly
