Responsibilities

Lead development and design of decision intelligence frameworks that incorporate automation, agent orchestration, and business rule processing
Develop complex workflows with dynamic, self-improving decision paths using advanced tools and AI orchestration layers
Contribute to enterprise templates and standards for agent design, governance, and performance tracking
Guide integration of AI agents with cloud-native infrastructure, real-time data platforms, and feedback systems
Serve as a senior developer on high-impact initiatives involving cross-domain data and decision dependencies
Work closely with executives and architects to align decision workflows with enterprise goals
Translate technical AI capabilities into business value narratives for senior stakeholders
Mentor leads, senior engineers, and citizen developers
Establish and maintain decision intelligence best practices, patterns, and compliance protocols
Ensure adherence to enterprise governance policies and provide architectural feedback for improvement

Qualification

Required

Degree in data science, computer science, or related field experience
Eight (8) years of relevant technical or business work experience or knowledge
