Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all tax compliance and reporting for clients, including S-Corp and C-Corp entities
Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws
Provide advisory services to clients on tax planning and strategies related to individual and corporate tax matters
Supervise and mentor tax staff, ensuring professional development and quality of work
Review complex tax returns and ensure accuracy and completeness of filings
Stay current with tax legislation and industry trends to provide informed guidance to clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored tax solutions

Required

CPA certification is required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in tax management or director-level role, with a focus on S-Corp and C-Corp taxation

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
