Responsibilities

Transfer contract requirements and user needs to HMI concepts and designs
Demonstrate strong management skills, including leading a team, backlog management, and prioritization of tasks to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines
Identify, develop, and apply appropriate HMI criteria, tools, methodologies, and processes to the SCADA systems being implemented

Required

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field
5+ years of human-computer interaction, ergonomics, human factors engineering or human factors experience with at least 1 year of lead experience
Experience working in Agile teams
Experience in documentation and specification of HMI concepts
Familiarity with nuclear and/or industry standards (ISO, SAE, NUREG-0700, etc.) and regulation related to HMI
Experience presenting to all levels of an organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team-environment
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
Ability to work a professional work schedule in an office environment. Non-regular hours will be required occasionally
