Responsibilities

Assist with tasks or projects related to the area of study
Provide support for day-to-day departmental or team operations
Assist and support team members who work with stakeholders to collect progress and performance updates and keep the schedules up to date
Assistant and support team members who perform schedule impact analysis to support risk and issue management, and change management, processes
Participate in brainstorming sessions, meetings, and project discussions offering input and feedback when appropriate
Attend team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational efficiency or project outcomes
Help organize and maintain project files, documents, and records
Conduct research and gather information for ongoing initiatives and projects
Help prepare reports, presentations, or other materials as needed

Microsoft Office SuiteMS ExcelMS ProjectCommunication skillsCollaboration skills

Required

Current student or recent graduate pursuing a bachelors degree or post graduate degree in business, management, engineering or science from an accredited institution
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
In addition to a resume, candidates must submit at least one letter of recommendation as part of the application process

Preferred

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel
Proficiency with MS Project
Strong communication and collaboration skills
