Responsibilities

Conduct prescreening of candidates for a variety of roles, with a focus on executive protection and security operations functions

Screen resumes and conducts initial outreach to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and alignment with role requirements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and sourcing activity in ATS and other platforms

Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and sourcing strategies

Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing based on business needs and urgency

Ensure a high level of attention to detail in candidate documentation, communication, and data tracking

Leverage industry knowledge to identify and engage candidates with relevant experience in protective services, law enforcement, intelligence, or related fields

Track and report sourcing metrics and pipeline health to inform strategy and improve outcomes
