Responsibilities
5–7 years managing tech financials including projects and/ or vendor operations (Agile/Waterfall)
Proven vendor financial management: contracts, invoicing, forecasting
Proficient in GEPSMART, CAFA, PMMT, TPAS, eBill
Experience managing multimillion-dollar budgets aligned to forecasts
Leads delivery routines: stakeholder reviews, scorecards, planning
Manages dependencies and resolves vendor-related impediments
Ensures compliance with enterprise change and governance standards
Supports strategic initiatives across multiple vendor engagements
Presents delivery and financial metrics to senior leadership
Strong planning, organization, and multitasking across vendors/contracts
Effective communicator with Product, Finance, Sourcing, and EVM
Identifies and manages risks, critical paths, and dependencies
Drives compliance with DRA, VLRA, LRR, FVRR standards Mentor junior team members and promote best practices in vendor delivery
Drive continuous improvement in vendor financial processes and delivery execution
Supports contract renewals and vendor onboarding
Detail-oriented, proactive, and execution-focused
Manages SharePoint environments, permissions, site health, and attestations
Experience coordinating and facilitating delivery routines such as stakeholder reviews, vendor scorecard meetings, and contract planning sessions
Familiarity with vendor performance management processes, including metric definition, scorecard creation, and feedback loops
Ability to act as liaison between DCRS and external vendors for billing, compliance, and operational escalations
Knowledge of enterprise governance processes including EARC, PTS/PTR, ADSF, and GIS requirements
Experience supporting strategic vendor alignment with Bank roadmaps and participating in roadmap planning
Ability to manage and track vendor-related risks, including contingency planning and exit strategies
Skilled in preparing and presenting financial and operational reporting to senior leadership
Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and collaborating across multiple lines of business
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of vendor financial management activities that support the DCRS organization. This role ensures accurate and timely processing of vendor contracts, invoicing, and forecasting in alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives. The Delivery Lead will serve as the primary point of contact for all vendor billing activities, partnering closely with the DCRS Product Strategy team, Sourcing, and Enterprise Vendor Management (EVM) to manage contract lifecycle events, financial forecasting, and compliance requirements
This individual will also oversee the operational execution of vendor-related processes including accurate accrual entries in CAFA/PMMT/TPAS; billing contract creation for invoice payment validation; eBill management, and risk assessments such as DRA/VLRA and FVRR
The role requires strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure vendor engagements are executed efficiently and in compliance with Bank standards
