Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for all infrastructure-related discussions with the customer
Gather and validate infrastructure requirements for new implementations
Provide guidance on best practices for infrastructure setup and security compliance based on the organization infra and security framework
Work closely with internal infrastructure support teams to design and implement solutions
Ensure timely provisioning of servers, networking, storage, and cloud resources
Develop infrastructure setup plans aligned with project timelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in business or technical field
7+ years of work experience in Infrastructure coordination roles
Proven experience in customer-facing roles and cross-functional coordination
Require experience in setting-up AWS cloud infrastructure, and strong knowledge of Networking, VPN set-ups etc
Experience with AWS cost calculators and creating different cost models
Experience in planning and time management skills for meeting project goal and implementation on time
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Commitment to Customer and quality
Communication skills with peers, customers, and partners including the ability to convey information effectively and efficiently
Thrives in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment and has a knack for quickly prioritizing needs and creating scalable processes and structure
Comfortable in a fully remote environment that relies heavily on asynchronous written collaboration and communication
Experience working in an onshore/offshore model is a must
Preferred
AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification is preferred
Solid experience of the healthcare industry is preferred
Experience working HealthEdge applications like HealthRules Payor or GuidingCare is a plus
