Responsibilities
Conducting comprehensive meetings with clients to understand their financial goals and retirement aspirations
Performing thorough needs analyses to assess clients' current financial situations and future retirement needs
Recommending appropriate insurance and retirement products tailored to clients' individual circumstances using our automated systems and back office support
Ensuring seamless implementation of recommended solutions and providing ongoing support and service to clients
Staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed advice to clients
Adhering to a structured approach and utilizing a proven playbook to deliver consistent and effective client outcomes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in financial services, particularly in retirement planning or insurance sales
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, RICP) are preferred but not required
