Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Collaborate with internal teams to find solutions to customer problems
Stay up to date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Empathetic, patient, and solutions-driven mindset
Proficient with computers and CRM or call center systems
Preferred
1+ year of customer service experience preferred
college degree a plus
