Guggenheim Securities is seeking a Performance Analyst to join their Asset Consulting Group (ACG) in St. Louis. This role involves maintaining and developing performance reporting processes while supporting internal consultants and business partners, focusing on data collection and reporting for clients.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate data collection from investment managers and custodians with an emphasis on importing, reconciling, transforming and validating data for use across departments
Establish client accounts on reporting system
Create and produce client reporting packages
Reconcile return information collected from multiple sources
Maintain data feeds into and out of client reporting system
Prepare management level reports analyzing data extracted from performance system including client, manager, and returns information
Handle multiple assignments concurrently

Required

At least one year of experience in financial services industry required
Proficient Microsoft Excel skills required (functions, formulas & pivot tables)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with accounting systems - balancing accounts, capital changes, income tracking, contribution/withdrawal tracking
Strong working knowledge of investment products
Experience using Advent APX product is a plus
Must be team-oriented and reliable, with strong attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with multiple clients including consultants, custodians, management, coworkers and other departments
Ability to act upon deadlines that may change often
Strong organizational skills
