Responsibilities
Lead and support healthcare-related transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations, and corporate restructurings
Counsel clients on federal and state healthcare regulatory requirements, including fraud and abuse, licensing, reimbursement, and corporate governance
Work closely with cross-disciplinary teams across offices to deliver seamless, well-strategized solutions
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating an evolving legal and business landscape
Qualification
Required
At least 6 years of transactional healthcare experience with increasing responsibility
Strong academic background and exceptional writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage complex matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture
Admission to the bar in the jurisdiction where you will practice
All candidates must hold a JD and have prior law firm experience
