Responsibilities
Structuring, negotiating, and documenting real estate and asset-based lending transactions
Managing loan originations from term sheet through closing
Advising on collateral packages and multi-property financings
Collaborating closely with partners and clients, with meaningful opportunities for hands-on responsibility
Supporting a broad mix of deal types across national and regional markets
Qualification
Required
4–6 years of real estate finance experience, with a strong focus on representing lenders
Solid background in loan origination work
Strong academic credentials and polished communication skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Admission to the NY or NC Bar (or eligibility to waive into NC)
Preferred
Additional experience with developer-side real estate transactions is a plus
