Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Represent clients in civil antitrust litigation in federal and state courts
Support responses to DOJ and FTC civil conduct investigations
Assist with criminal antitrust enforcement matters, including document collection, interviews, and advocacy
Conduct substantive legal research and draft motions, memoranda, and investigative submissions
Develop a nuanced understanding of antitrust theories, enforcement trends, and economic analysis
Qualification
Required
2–6 years of antitrust experience, with strong grounding in substantive antitrust law
Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills with strong academic credentials
Detail-oriented, organised, and capable of managing competing priorities
Collaborative team player with sound judgement and strong communication skills
Preferred
Experience with enforcement agencies or prior DOJ/FTC service is highly advantageous
