Responsibilities

Advise on federal and state banking regulations, anti-money-laundering obligations, consumer protection rules, fintech product design, and cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks

Support clients navigating investigations, compliance reviews, supervisory actions, and high-stakes regulatory inquiries

Contribute to legislative and policy matters shaping the future of financial services

Take ownership of research, drafting, and strategy development, working both independently and collaboratively within a large, integrated team

Qualification

Required

Exceptional academic credentials

DC bar membership or ability to become licensed in Washington, D.C
