Responsibilities
Support complex corporate and commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery
Draft motions, briefs, and case strategy memoranda with precision and strong analytical focus
Conduct legal research and manage discovery across a range of business disputes
Participate in hearings, depositions, and trial preparation where appropriate
Collaborate closely with partners and colleagues, delivering high-quality client service on fast-moving matters
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of corporate litigation experience, ideally with exposure to Chancery Court practice
Outstanding academic credentials from a top-tier law school
Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
Member of the Delaware Bar in good standing (required)
