Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Support internal investigations, regulatory enforcement matters, and white collar criminal defence
Handle financial services disputes and related litigation across all phases of case development
Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, and investigative reports with precision and strong analytical insight
Conduct legal research, manage discovery, and assist in preparing for trials and hearings
Collaborate closely with senior lawyers on complex, cutting-edge matters for major corporate clients

Required

3–5 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to white collar, investigations, or financial services disputes
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills with excellent academic credentials
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing significant responsibility in fast-moving matters
Team-focused with strong communication and client service skills

Preferred

Experience as a federal or state prosecutor or in federal criminal defence is highly advantageous
