Responsibilities
Represent creditors in litigation, workouts, restructurings, and bankruptcy-related disputes
Draft motions, briefs, and pleadings for state, federal, and bankruptcy courts
Manage discovery, conduct legal research, and assist in evidentiary hearings
Support partners on strategy, case preparation, and negotiations
Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of creditors' rights, bankruptcy, or commercial litigation experience gained at a law firm
Strong writing, research, and analytical skills with attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Member of the Illinois Bar (or eligible for admission)
