Responsibilities
Lead and support key aspects of private equity and M&A transactions from initial structuring through closing
Advise sophisticated investors, financial institutions, and private equity sponsors on complex commercial and strategic matters
Draft and negotiate transaction documents and manage due diligence processes
Work closely with partners and cross-disciplinary teams to deliver practical, business-minded legal solutions
Contribute to a dynamic national corporate practice built on teamwork, responsiveness, and excellence
Qualification
Required
3+ years of private equity and M&A transactional experience within a law firm environment
Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
A proactive, organized, and detail-driven approach to managing multiple deal timelines
Commitment to delivering exceptional client service while collaborating effectively across teams
JD required, plus prior experience working in a law firm
Admission to practice in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain it)
