Advise public and private companies on general corporate matters and commercial transactions
Participate in emerging technology, venture capital, private equity, energy, joint ventures, and M&A transactions
Collaborate with lawyers across Texas offices and firm-wide teams
Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues on complex corporate matters
Demonstrate initiative, leadership, and commitment to high-quality work
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
2–4 years of corporate experience, ideally with an Am Law 100 firm
Excellent academic credentials and strong analytical, research, and drafting skills
Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility for admission
Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
