Responsibilities
Assist in representing clients in commercial bankruptcy and restructuring matters
Support creditor clients in enforcing rights and recovering secured and unsecured debts
Draft pleadings, motions, and related filings in bankruptcy and commercial litigation proceedings
Conduct in-depth legal research and contribute to case strategy development
Collaborate with colleagues across commercial finance and litigation teams on multi-faceted matters
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in bankruptcy, creditors' rights, restructuring, or commercial litigation
Strong academic credentials and excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Proactive and detail-oriented, with a genuine interest in developing a bankruptcy and restructuring practice
Member of the Arizona Bar (or eligible for admission)
