Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Defend employers in wage and hour class actions, PAGA actions, and single-plaintiff employment disputes
Manage discovery, take and defend depositions, and prepare dispositive motions in state and federal court
Represent clients before administrative agencies, including EEOC and CRD
Handle class certification issues and collaborate with senior attorneys on complex litigation strategy
Provide advice on compliance and employment law risk management under California and federal law
Qualification
Required
6+ years of employment litigation experience at a recognised law firm
Significant experience with class actions, PAGA claims, and wage and hour defence
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Strong academic credentials with meticulous attention to detail
Member of the California Bar (required)
