Application Systems Analyst II - Oracle Cloud and Veradigm POU

Responsibilities
Analyzes workflows, system details and technical issues associated with the applications supported
Analyzes new functionality and makes recommendations to the business related to implementation and changes to the system
Troubleshoots problems and questions from end users
Interfaces with key IT, business and operations staff to assist in the development of efficient workflows
Participates in testing system enhancements as needed
Collaborates with team to solve complex problems and develops solutions to tasks or projects which may be unique, using judgment and initiative
Engages expert resources when needed and escalates appropriately
Available to work on an on-call basis for system upgrades, go lives and departmental needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Mathematics, Healthcare Informatics or Computer Science or equivalent experience
Demonstrated expertise in implementing, configuring, and tailoring enterprise applications to meet organizational needs. Skilled in translating business requirements into functional solutions that improve efficiency and user experience
Expertise in Veradigm POU
Adept at developing comprehensive training materials and delivering instruction in both classroom and one-on-one settings. Known for simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences and fostering user adoption
Strong command of SQL and experience with Microsoft SQL Server for data extraction, reporting, and performance optimization. Capable of writing queries and managing relational databases to support application functionality
Hands-on experience managing clinical supplies inventory, including setting up and maintaining stockroom configurations for accurate physical inventory tracking and reconciliation
Solid understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare regulatory standards such as HIPAA. Able to align technology solutions with compliance requirements and operational goals
