Manufacturing Engineering Intern (Summer 2026)

Learn about the manufacturing process
Investigate process improvements and downtime reduction
Training of shop floor employees on process changes
Assisting the process engineers with real time troubleshooting and process improvements
Developing work instructions and One Point Lessons of process changes
Analyzing data of downtime and process inefficiencies
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
Pursuing an undergraduate in Engineering
Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available
Working Arrangements: On-site based at our manufacturing facility in St. Joseph, MO
Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future
