Qualification
Required
Proven track record as a Loan Officer or in a similar role within the banking or financial services industry
Comprehensive understanding of loan origination processes and underwriting guidelines
Familiarity with accounting software and proficient in financial analysis tools
Strong mathematical aptitude for accurate calculation of interest rates, payments, and other financial metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for effective client and colleague interaction
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently to meet deadlines
Up-to-date knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other relevant lending laws
