Responsibilities
Execute cable manufacturing operations, trains junior technicians, ensures build compliance, and supports QA inspections
Perform standard cable build, soldering, and testing under supervision
Support assembly and testing processes
Review schematics and other technical documentation
Maintain, clean, and perform basic upkeep of equipment
Communicate updates and technical issues to Lead
Qualification
Required
U.S. Citizenship and Active DoD Secret Clearance
Must have IPC/WHMA-A-620 Operator-Level Training
Must have ability to stand, walk, sit, use both hands, and carry/lift to 50 lbs
Must be able to execute installation/lifting of heavy equipment and use of/climbing ladders
Exposure to crimping, soldering, and harness build rework
Capable of learning to read and follow cable drawings and travelers
