Deliver actionable insights to inform Fidelity’s digital initiatives and strategy
Optimize a personalized digital experience for Fidelity’s clients

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience analyzing data, developing reporting capabilities, and delivering insights to inform business decisions
An analytical mindset with a range of business analysis, data analysis, and technical skills to generate a deep understanding of our customers' digital interactions
Proficiency with digital analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and database querying (e.g., SQL, Snowflake) to synthesize data from disparate sources
Experience in designing and developing data visualizations and dashboards (e.g., Tableau)
Natural intellectual curiosity and initiative for learning new skills and capabilities
Bachelor's degree required

Preferred

MBA or an MS degree in a quantitative / technical field such as Business or Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics
