Responsibilities
Self-Sourced Growth: Independently identify, engage, and convert new healthcare practice clients. Success in this role is built on initiative, persistence, and the ability to uncover opportunities others miss
Expansive COI Network: Develop and maintain a broad network of Centers of Influence—including referral partners, industry professionals, and strategic stakeholders—to generate a steady pipeline of new business
Partnership: Collaborate with local Healthcare Relationship Managers in your territory to ensure a seamless client experience. After receiving loan commitment, introduce the relationship and transition the relationship to the local RM for ongoing management and deeper engagement, while positioning the organization as the premier financial partner for healthcare practices
Tailored Solutions: Deliver customized financial products and services that meet client needs and drive long-term loyalty
Qualification
Required
Typically has a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Typically has seven plus years of direct experience in practice financing with proven success
Proven ability to self-source business and execute growth strategies independently
Strong networking skills and the ability to cultivate high-value COI relationships
Advanced knowledge of healthcare practice financing, secured lending, and credit analysis
Ability to close complex deals and provide insights that influence decision-making
Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage clients and referral sources with confidence
