Responsibilities

Lead a team responsible for building and maintaining marketing data infrastructure and tag management platforms
Define and execute the multi-year strategy for data capture, storage, and access
Oversee the design and management of data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and activation across marketing systems, including real-time customer data processing
Implement and enforce data governance standards to ensure data quality, compliance, and security
Establish and promote best practices for data structure, modeling, and platform utilization to enable scalability, performance, and effective data activation
Optimize team structure and resource allocation to maximize productivity and technology utilization
Serve as the organization’s primary authority on data engineering best practices

Required

Strong technical expertise in data engineering
Experience managing modern data engineering teams
Ability to define and execute multi-year strategy for data capture, storage, and access

Ability to implement and enforce data governance standards to ensure data quality, compliance, and security
Experience establishing and promoting best practices for data structure, modeling, and platform utilization
