Sales Development Specialist
Responsibilities
Make 150–200+ outbound calls daily to warm leads
Qualify prospects through a proven screening process
Guide qualified prospects through the signup process and hand off to our advocate team
Follow up by phone, email, and text to boost conversion
Build rapport, listen actively, and determine service fit
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Share feedback and test new ideas — we move fast and value your input
Qualification
Required
1+ year of inside sales or outbound calling experience
Comfortable on the phone and skilled at handling objections
Strong communication skills with high empathy
Organized, coachable, and hungry to grow
CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
Preferred
Background in legal, healthcare, or another regulated industry
