Handle toxic tort actions including benzene, PFAS, heavy metals, silica, solvents, mold, and asbestos

Focus on Prop 65 and class action matters

Engage in litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking

Conduct research and handle assignments with minimal supervision

Participate in client interactions and handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
